Job summary

Cutting Edge Computers Inc in Pontiac, MI is seeking an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, optimize and mass deploy computers and IT peripherals. You will follow tasks from the Service Team Lead, including formatting computers, copying data, configuring printers, and installing cables.

We value problem solvers with strong communication and customer service skills. This role may require after-hours or weekend work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

1 year IT experience required
Reload/Install/Upgrade Windows computers (required)
Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge (required)
Active Directory knowledge (required)
Experience with Windows 10/7 (required)
Experience with Windows 10/7 (required)

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and mass deploy computers and IT peripherals
