Job summary

FSB Architects + Engineers is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support for our employees. This role will serve as a first point of contact for technology questions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, prepare equipment for new employees, and support the systems our teams rely on every day.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
Up to two years of desktop support or help desk experience.
Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems preferred.
Certs such as A+, Network+, Security+ or CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for help desk inquiries and respond to tickets within service standards.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues through resolution.
Document requests, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and final solutions.
Install, configure, image, repair, and replace computers, servers, and network devices.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
Support Microsoft 365 applications and Active Directory.
