Qualifications

• 7+ years in field support or IT service desk roles.
• Strong hardware, software, and peripherals knowledge.
• Experience with incident/problem management and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT incidents and prioritize by business impact.
• Mentor teammates to ensure client satisfaction and knowledge sharing.
• Own customer problems and resolve incidents with urgency.
• Communicate status of progress to customers and the service desk via the ticketing system.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and resolve complex problems.
• Install, image, and configure computers, printers, and peripherals for customers.
• Migrate user data and profiles during hardware replacements.
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures and processes.
