Job summary
IntelliBee is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Sanford, NC to provide expert technical services and customer-focused problem resolution. You will install, image, and configure computers, printers, and peripherals; migrate data; and document procedures for ongoing operations.
The role requires travel and strong collaboration with IT teams and customers. The position emphasizes leadership in projects, maintaining documentation, and upholding security standards across systems and services.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals and networking.
- Experience installing/imaging computers and loading software for customers.
- Experience installing local and network printers and peripherals.
- Data migration of user profiles.
- Documentation of processes and procedures for technical support activities.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow call tracking system.
- Willingness to travel for the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects that require directing the work of others and team coordination.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all responsible areas and processes.
- Ensure IT security policies are followed and protect data integrity.
