Interstates Companies seeks an IT Craft Support Specialist to provide hands-on and remote IT support for jobsites, regional offices, and project locations. Travel up to 50% will be required to support craft teams and ensure hardware, software, and connectivity run reliably.

When not traveling, handle standard IT tickets from Tulsa, Omaha, or Sioux Falls offices, document best practices, and help standardize support so issues can be resolved without site visits.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on IT support in hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, printers, scanners, peripherals, and video conferencing knowledge.
• Basic networking: install, validate, and troubleshoot access points, switches, and site connectivity.
• Ability to work independently in unstructured environments and communicate clearly.
• Ability to create knowledge articles, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on and remote IT support for jobsites, trailers, regional offices, and project locations.
• Serve as the primary IT presence in the field for craft workers, site supervisors, and project teams.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and replace field devices including laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, iPads, and video units.
• Support basic jobsite networking and connectivity, including access points, switches, Starlink, or similar equipment.
• Capture field knowledge and turn it into articles, guides, and SOPs for the broader IT team.
