Job summary

Altocare, operating through the Senior Helpers and MedTec Healthcare brands, seeks a Technical Support Field Analyst. This field role covers Chicagoland with on-site duties and remote support nationwide, ensuring timely resolutions for Tier 1–2 issues and proactive system upkeep.

You will configure Azure/M365 access, assist with VPNs, and maintain documentation across sites, while traveling as needed within the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in desktop or field IT support with Tier 1/2 troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 onboarding/offboarding.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms (SysAid, ConnectWise).
• Knowledge of networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage field schedules across multiple sites independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site technician for Chicagoland when remote resolution isn't possible.
• Deploy to sites for hardware refresh and new user setup; troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network gear.
• Provide fully remote support for other office locations nationwide.
• Diagnose and resolve Tier 1–2 issues; escalate to Tier 3 as needed.
• Maintain site configurations, asset inventories, and documentation.
