Job summary

Altocare is seeking a Technical Support Field Analyst to act as the primary Tier 2 technology resource for multiple entities, based in the Chicago area. The role includes on-site support at corporate offices and ADS centers, with remote support nationwide and travel within Chicagoland and beyond as required.

You will manage tickets, ensure devices and software are up to date, and assist with Azure/M365 onboarding, VPNs, and endpoint security. A valid driver's license and mobility are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in IT or 3+ years in hands-on IT support.
• Certifications in Microsoft, A+, Network+ are a plus.
• Experience with Azure/M365 onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site tech for Chicagoland when remote resolution isn’t possible.
• Deploy to sites for hardware refresh and new user setup.
• Provide remote support for all other locations and handle Tier 1–2 issues.
• Document resolutions and update ticketing system with accurate notes.
