Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support hardware (PCs, tablets, mobile devices, printers).
• Provide software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation per security standards.
• Deliver on-site IT support (Field IT) and liaise with vendors.
• Manage PC lifecycle: provisioning, refresh, disposal, asset management.
• Support servers, network equipment, and VOIP systems locally.
• Coordinate IT vendors at site or regional level.
