• Install, configure, and support PCs, tablets, printers, and devices.
• Provide software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support.
• Deliver on-site IT support and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage asset lifecycle and IT procurement processes.
• Ensure IT security compliance and access control.
