Job summary

MacLean Power Systems seeks an IT Site Support Leader to bridge centralized IT with plant operations. You will be the primary local IT contact, balancing enterprise standards with site realities and driving the final mile of technology rollouts.

You will coordinate with the outsourced service desk, manage escalations impacting production, ensure site readiness for ERP deployments, and lead adoption of new solutions by site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years in site IT support or IT project coordination.
• Manufacturing or operational site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site IT initiatives and align with centralized IT and external partners.
• Own final stages of IT deployments ensuring site readiness for ERP and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with outsourced service desks and vendors to resolve production-impacting issues.
• Provide input to optimize field support and ensure proper adoption of deployed solutions.
