Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, mobile devices, networking, and cloud tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical users.
• Self-starter with strong time management and travel coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in construction trailers, field offices, and corporate settings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in fast-moving environments.
• Deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment.
• Partner with site managers to ensure IT readiness for new projects and expansions.
• Track recurring issues and improve service delivery across multiple sites.
• Act as the bridge between field teams and central IT.
• Audit and maintain IT inventory across locations.
• Travel regularly to support remote teams and resolve escalations.
• Mentor junior technicians and manage high-priority tickets.
