Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT leader to recruit, manage, and develop a high‑performing Field Technician and Helpdesk team across the country.

This role drives ITSM process design, standards for hardware support, and cost‑effective operations to meet today’s needs and future growth. The position emphasizes strategic direction for field services, remote team management, and strong governance of onboarding, asset management, and service desk improvements.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of computer technology-related experience.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• ITIL/ITSM knowledge demonstrated by certifications.
• 10+ years with Microsoft Intune for workstation management and deployment.
• 10+ years of service desk ticketing system experience with workflows and asset management.

• Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values.

• Set clear expectations, accountability, goals, and development plans.
• Oversee design and operation of ITSM foundational processes.
• Provide strategic direction for Field Technician services nationwide.
• Establish a consistent nationwide field support model across offices.
• Oversee daily support for on-site Field Technicians and Enterprise Help Desk.
• Set processes and standards for on-site workstation and peripheral hardware.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-management programs aligning with business strategy.
