Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist for a permanent, on-site role across multiple Wisconsin locations. The position involves hands-on end-user support, hardware, software, and basic network issues, with local travel and mileage reimbursement.

You will install and maintain workstations, assist with networking components, train staff, and help ensure security updates are applied.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, common business applications, and basic networking concepts.
• Comfort installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and standard software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain solutions to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues across sites.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and standard business applications.
• Assist with deploying and maintaining networking components and connectivity as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and general IT requests.

IT Field Support Specialist | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

• Our client is a multi-location organization with an in-person IT support need across multiple sites.
• This is an entry-level, hands-on field support role supporting end users, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Work is primarily on-site. Local travel to multiple locations is required. Mileage reimbursement is available.

• Compensation: Up to $60,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR the TITLE

• Provide responsive IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues across corporate and site locations.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and standard business applications.
• Assist with deploying and maintaining networking components and connectivity as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and general IT requests.
• Support security tooling and help ensure endpoint and software security updates are applied.
• Train and support staff on newly installed systems, applications, and processes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE TITLE

• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, common business applications, and basic networking concepts.
• Comfort installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and standard software.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain solutions and train non-technical users.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with an IT leader on priorities and projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to multiple sites.
