Job summary

Varsity Technologies, part of Treeline, seeks a Client Engineer to handle complex technical issues across remote and onsite client environments in the Bay Area. The role blends senior-level remote support with in-person client engagement, requiring strong communication and independent judgment.

You'll travel to client sites, resolve escalations, and work with M365, network, and macOS environments while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in a managed services environment.
• Based in the Bay Area with reliable transportation for client site visits.
• Strong hands-on M365 administration and macOS support experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalate and resolve tickets from Senior staff, owning from intake to resolution.
• Decide remote vs onsite approach and communicate scope clearly to clients.
• Travel to Bay Area client sites to deploy technology and build relationships.
