Job summary

Solarus Technologies is seeking an experienced IT professional for a client-facing role in a dynamic MSP environment in Westchester County. You will travel to client sites to assess, design, implement, and support IT systems while delivering measurable ROI and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include audits, backups, documentation, and end-user training, with a focus on improving performance, security, and reliability across client and in-house systems.

Qualifications

• MSP environment experience required.
• Strong understanding of systems planning and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve client systems performance and efficiency.
• Design and conduct server/security audits, backups, and recovery plans.
• Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation and service records.
• Ensure in-house and client systems are compatible and optimized.
• Conduct system testing and facilitate end-user reviews.
• Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and analytics.
• Train end users on new and modified systems.
• Research new technologies and make ROI-based recommendations.
• Perform on-site client visits to install, maintain, and support IT systems.
• Review and approve work by Help Desk Analysts.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
