Job summary

Pinnacle Technical Resources is looking for a hands-on Desk Side Support professional in Costa Mesa, California. This role will involve imaging, staging, and configuring HP products on Windows operating systems, primarily Windows 7 and 10.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Certifications related to PC hardware, especially Lenovo, Dell, and HP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in a hands-on desk side support role required.
• Must have valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, staging and configuring HP products in Windows 7 and 10.
• Interact with all levels of client staff for support.
