Job summary

ESP Global Services in Kentucky is seeking a Field Service Dispatch Technician to provide IT support for Windows PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices across departments. You will handle in-person, phone, remote, and email support, and manage accounts and access provisioning.

You will work in a fast-paced ITIL-aligned environment, contributing to ticketing and asset inventories, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience providing Helpdesk/Desktop Support or Field Services, including troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and OS issues.
• 1–3 years of experience with current Microsoft Windows Desktop software.
• Experience supporting DSS, multiple Workstation OS (Windows, Mac), multiple Mobile OS (Android, iOS), Networking, Printing Services, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, phone, remote, and email support to users of supported departments.
• Keep the ticketing system up to date with the status of all support requests.
• Keep inventory system up to date with all deployed computing asset information.
• Create and provision user accounts, email accounts, and necessary access for user staff.
• Provide end-user support for Windows and Apple systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform upgrades to hardware and software and support peripherals.
• Set up, install, and configure desktop hardware and software per internal policies.
