Job summary

CTS in Brooklyn, NY, seeks an Onsite Dispatch Technician to support field services in the New York Metro area. You will perform scheduled visits, troubleshoot client environments, and collaborate with Service Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires travel to client sites, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing MSP setting. Remote work is possible when not on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience with MDM solutions and network security.
• Experience with WAN/LAN routing, switching, and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting and configuration of network equipment, servers, and applications for CTS clients.
• Respond to and resolve service requests/incidents with established SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client contacts.
• Perform onsite maintenance at client sites and travel as needed.
• Document time and work output in ConnectWise Manage and IT Glue.
