Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Deployment Technician to refresh computers and some peripherals at end users’ desks in Charlotte, NC. You will travel to county buildings in a county vehicle and perform imaging with Windows 11 using SCCM.

Ideal candidates have hardware deployment and customer-facing support experience, plus familiarity with ServiceNow and HAM Pro. A professional appearance and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware deployment and customer-facing technical support.
• Proficiency imaging computers with Windows 11 using SCCM.
• Experience with ServiceNow and HAM Pro is preferred.

Job Title

NC MC - Evergreen Deployment Technician

Location

Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

This position is responsible for completing hardware refreshes, including computers and some peripherals, for the duration of the Evergreen project. The role requires a professional appearance and excellent customer service, as computer refreshes will take place at each end user’s desk. Technicians will travel to various county buildings in a county vehicle driven by a full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures.
• Image computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
• Schedule computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
• Complete computer refreshes at the end user's desk.
• Reclaim and transport old computers.
• Document inventory updates within HAM Pro in ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications

Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware deployment and customer-facing technical support.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in imaging computers with Windows 11 using SCCM is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro.
• Experience with Apple iPhone deployment.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
