Job summary

TekWissen is hiring IT field technicians to install and commission Ecolab KitchenIQ REM devices at Circle K / GetGo locations. You will follow installation guides, validate sensor connectivity, and document the work with photographs for store leaders.

Work is independent and customer-facing in busy convenience-store environments. Travel to multiple geographically grouped sites is expected, with an emphasis on safety and accurate data capture using mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as field service or deployment technician.
• Comfort with Android or iOS mobile apps and QR scanning.
• Understanding of cellular or wireless signal strength.
• Ability to follow detailed installation guides and checklists.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at location within service window and check in with store leader.
• Inventory installation kit and verify quantities.
• Survey refrigeration/food-storage equipment for monitoring.
• Commission cloud connector and 5–19 sensors per store.
• Use KitchenIQ app to register equipment and read temps.
• Place and test cloud connector, verify signal strength.
• Mount sensors securely according to guide.
• Complete installation checklist and document times.
• Demonstrate installed sensors to store leader.
• Document unused equipment and follow return process.
• Use Teams chat for questions or issues.
