Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Columbus, OH area. This field-based role delivers reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments, ensuring safety standards and high customer satisfaction.

You will support multiple facilities, manage inventory, and collaborate with sales and service teams for a seamless customer experience. Travel within the market is required, with a 10-hour shift pattern. Training and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation).
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service across Columbus market, including adjacent locations.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for first-time fix capability.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Communicate Ecolab value and strengthen customer relationships.
