Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Service Associate (ISA) in Aurora, CO on a 1099 contractor basis. The role involves patient field retrieval, inventory management, and courier duties to fittings.

Travel to patient homes, hospitals, and clinics may be required, with daytime/evening/weekend hours as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating with prescribers, caregivers, and patients, handling the Assure system and components, and ensuring accurate paperwork and safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to ensure needed items are available for fittings.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals, and clinics to provide retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system and components.
• Manage return of inventory including kits and garments.
• Coordinate drop-off of retrieved equipment at shipping partners.
