Job summary

FRSTeam is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to be the face of our field operations. You will handle customer contact, coordinate with adjusters and contractors, inventory damaged property, and help manage multiple job files with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 35 lbs daily, and at least 1 year of experience in a related role. This full-time position offers a friendly family environment, flexible schedule, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, production, people‑oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact and follow-up
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
• Inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents
• Work with a phone‑based stenography service to create item lists
• Discuss item details with customers such as ages and place of purchase
• Review and follow up on billings and customer concerns
• Manage multiple job files and assignments
• On‑call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response)
• Additional duties as assigned
