Job summary

FRSTeam of Greater Montgomery is seeking a service-focused Job Coordinator to be the face of FRSTeam in the field, coordinating with customers, adjusters and contractors and managing field communications.

The role requires a strong customer service background, professional communication, and organization; you must lift up to 35 lbs daily. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with possible overtime and some Saturdays in a franchise-owned operation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, production, people-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs daily.
• 1 year of customer service experience, labor experience mentioned in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact and follow-up through delivery of goods.
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors.
• Packing, carrying, and inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents.
• Remove affected textile items such as clothing, area rugs, and window coverings from homes.
• Packing and moving duties can include up to full house packouts.
• Inventory, track, and document orders through production processing.
• Review and follow up on billings and customer concerns.
• Manage multiple job files and assignments.
• On-call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response).
• Additional reasonable duties as assigned.
