Qualifications

• Strong customer service background required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs daily.
• 1 year of labor or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer contact and follow-up.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and contractors.
• Inventory damaged personal property from incidents.
• Create item lists with a phone-based stenography service.
• Discuss item details with customers.
• Manage multiple job files and assignments.
• Be on-call every 4-6 weeks for emergency response.
