Job summary

Westat is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to work as Field Interviewers for the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS). FIs conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adult members of households, drawn from a nationally representative sample, using a Westat-provided laptop.

Field Interviewers are responsible for contacting households, setting appointments, completing interviews, and collecting and following up with electronic and hard-copy signed

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and able to enter confidentiality agreements.
• Available for mandatory training sessions and travel.
• Willing to travel and work evenings/weekends when required.
• Own a fully insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews for MEPS.
• Contact households, set appointments, complete interviews, and collect documents.
• Transmit data daily and follow data-security requirements.
