Westat is seeking Field Interviewers to support the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), a national study of health care costs and usage sponsored by AHRQ. FIs conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adult household members and travel to assigned households as needed.

Responsibilities include setting appointments, collecting interview data, and transmitting it daily while adhering to data security and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older and able to sign confidentiality agreements.
• Complete mandatory web-based training (Jan 4–15, 2027) before in-person training.
• Travel to in-person training (Jan 19–25, 2027) and post-training activities.
• Available Jan 2027–Dec 2030 and minimum 20 hours/week when work is available.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with households.
• Contact households, set appointments, and collect data and documents.
• Transmit data daily when working and follow data security/confidentiality rules.
• Complete administrative paperwork and report to field supervisor.
