Job summary

Westat, Inc. is seeking motivated Field Interviewers for the MEPS study. This part-time, non-exempt role involves in-person interviews, daytime and evening hours, and occasional travel to households.

Training starts with mandatory web sessions and an in-person session, with data transmitted daily and strict data-security standards observed. Qualified candidates should be 18+, able to travel for training and fieldwork, have a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable engaging diverse

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older and able to sign confidentiality agreements.
• Available to complete mandatory web-based training and in-person training.
• Willing to travel to training and field assignments, including overnight travel.
• Access to a fully insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person interviews with households.
• Transmit electronic data daily and complete administrative paperwork.
• Comply with data security and confidentiality requirements.
• Work with a field supervisor and meet study timelines.
