Job summary

Westat, Inc. is seeking motivated Field Interviewers for the MEPS study. You will conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults, schedule interviews, and collect data across a nationally representative sample.

This part-time role includes travel to trainings and potentially overnight trips, with data transmitted daily. A flexible schedule mainly in evenings and weekends is typical, and overtime is possible during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older with ability to enter confidentiality agreements.
• Available for mandatory web-based and in-person training in January 2027.
• Able to travel locally and overnight as needed, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted video interviews with adults in households.
• Contact households, set appointments, and collect, sign, and transmit data daily.
• Work under supervision with the field supervisor and comply with data security requirements.
