Job summary

Westat, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is hiring part-time Field Interviewers to support the MEPS study. You will contact households and conduct in-person and video interviews, using a Westat laptop to collect data across multiple rounds and years.

Travel is required, including training in January 2027, with a flexible schedule of evenings and weekends. This role offers a meaningful federal project, strict confidentiality, and daily data transmission.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to enter confidentiality agreements.
• Complete mandatory web-based training between Jan 4 and Jan 15, 2027.
• Willing to travel for training and fieldwork, including overnight trips.
• Have access to a fully insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults.
• Schedule appointments and collect data via electronic and paper documents.
• Travel to training and field sites as required.
• Transmit data daily when working.
