Job summary

Westat, Inc. seeks Field Interviewers for the MEPS survey to conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults in households across the United States. Training in January 2027 is mandatory, and some assignments require overnight travel. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with data transmission and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older with ability to enter confidentiality agreements.
• Available to complete mandatory training between January 4 and January 15, 2027.
• Available to travel for mandatory in-person training and other travel as required.
• Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week when work is available.

Responsibilities

• Contact households in-person or by phone to introduce the study and gain cooperation.
• Set appointments, complete interviews, and collect signed documents.
• Transmit electronic data daily and comply with data security requirements.
