Questpro is partnering with an Insurance Technology company to hire a results-driven Account Executive in Southern Texas. The role focuses on building business with insurance agencies and brokers in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

This hunter position emphasizes opening new doors, expanding a book of business, and creating demand via cold calls, in-person visits, and industry networking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development/outside sales in the insurance industry
• Comfortable with cold calling, walking in, and handling objections
• Self-motivated, confident communicator with sharp time management
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs (HubSpot a plus)

Responsibilities

• This hunter role will proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, open doors with new prospects, and create demand.
• Build a book of business through cold calling, face-to-face visits, and industry relationships.
• Travel 4 days/week plus regional/national industry events; overnight travel is expected.
