Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Must have passed Georgia Property/Casualty & Life/Health insurance exams (License Required).
• Actively pursuing licensure through the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service a wide range of insurance products including farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental.
• Meet quarterly sales and retention goals and adhere to agency business plans.
• Consult with clients to analyze coverage needs and recommend solutions.
• Prospect new customers and grow membership through community networking.
• Ensure policy documentation and service requirements are completed accurately.
• Promote Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance through local advertising and community involvement.
