Altitude Development Group is hiring a Direct Sales Representative in Sheridan, WY. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products in your designated territory, building relationships and driving growth.

You will train in a hands-on program, set your own schedule, and manage a growing book of business while earning performance-based bonuses, commissions, and recognition within a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience required.
• Licensed Health & Life (or willingness to obtain) with licensing reimbursement offered.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work full-time (40 hours) and manage a personal sales book.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your territory to present supplemental insurance products.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients; follow up on needs and opportunities.
• Set appointments, conduct product presentations, and expand your book of business.
• Track sales activities and outcomes; collaborate with team and sales manager.
