Job summary

American Woodmark is seeking a Field Installation Services Coordinator to manage all field installation activities for our builder center, including administrative, field, service and maintenance duties, and coordinating installers and subcontractors.

You will measure sites, review and assign service tickets, schedule work, maintain logs, and build strong working relationships with building superintendents while ensuring safety and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills are required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft products required.
• Experience coordinating installers and subcontractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process layouts, customer orders, billings, and installer payroll.
• Schedule pick-up work, review and approve installer and service technician expense reports.
• Produce periodic reports such as weekly activity, monthly service forecasting, and vehicle mileage reports.
• Perform field measuring and issue correction requests.
• Walk houses and obtain sign-offs; verify measurements for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with building superintendents and trade subcontractors; respond to service issues.
• Manage POs, OSs and WAFs from builders; perform installer safety inspections.
• Record miles driven and perform vehicle maintenance; wash vehicle regularly.
• Supervise field service workers as needed.
