Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, is seeking an Installation Coordinator to operate under moderate supervision and coordinate the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department.

You will keep management advised on deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints, while ensuring permits are obtained and warranty issues tracked. This role is based at our Pensacola, FL location and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
