Job summary

American Woodmark is seeking an experienced operations-focused professional to manage field installation services for the builder center. You will coordinate field service, installation, and maintenance activities and supervise contractors such as cabinet installers and vendors.

The role includes administrative duties, field measurements, scheduling, and reporting, with emphasis on building strong relationships with superintendents and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in building construction, operations management, business or related field.
• Field experience in construction cabinet installation, service, order entry and delivery scheduling, plus subcontractor management.
• Ability to build relationships with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties: process layouts, orders, billing, installer payroll; schedule pickups; review expense reports; produce reports.
• Field duties: measure sites, issue corrections, obtain sign-offs, verify master blue books, perform minor service work.
• Service duties: review service tickets; coordinate technician schedules; deliver cabinets/parts to sites; monitor service rack.
• Maintenance duties: vehicle maintenance; wash vehicles; maintain tools.
• Supervise field service workers and coordinate subcontractors.
