Job summary

American Woodmark Corp. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to manage all field installation related services for our builder center.

This role oversees administrative, field, service and maintenance tasks while coordinating field service workers and contract installers. You will lead scheduling, measurements, safety inspections, and supplier coordination, building strong relationships with superintendents and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in building construction, operations management, business or related field.
• Field experience in construction, cabinet installation, service, ordering and scheduling subcontractors.
• Ability to build relationships with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Process layouts, customer orders, billings, and installer payroll.
• Schedule pick-up work, review expense reports, and produce periodic reports.
• Perform field measuring and obtain sign-offs from clients.
• Review service tickets and coordinate technician schedules; monitor area service rack.
