Job summary

Builders FirstSource in the United States is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to direct all field service activities and staff at customer sites. You will manage replacement and repair schedules, build strong relationships with customers, and support issue resolution with the field team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in installation or related work, supervisory experience, and Truss Technician Training Levels I & II.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum six years installation or related experience; lead or supervisory experience.
• Truss Technician Training Levels I and II certifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages field service activities and staff across customer sites.
• Schedules replacements and repairs to ensure timely service.
• Maintains strong customer relationships with field staff.
• Produces monthly productivity and costing reports for management.
• Performs quality checks and surveys to ensure high service standards.
• Negotiates contracts with third party services and monitors work quality.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and budgets met.
• Oversees staff hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline.
