Job summary

Fs-Builder-Resources in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee installation and service of flooring products within a defined geographic area. This role acts as the field liaison between the company and customers and ensures field policies are followed.

Responsibilities include building relationships with customers and subcontract labor, conducting prewalk/post-walk/quality walks, verifying completion, handling on-site issues, and supporting model home projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' estimation experience in the construction industry, residential preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with Customers.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Subcontract Labor.
• Perform PREWALK/ POST-WALK / QUALITY WALK to ensure complete and quality installation.
• Verifying jobs are complete according to company requirements.
• Overseeing all repair resolutions on designated job sites.
• Maintaining good communication with Expediting and Field Operations on crew structure.
• Professionally troubleshoot and/or resolve homebuyer issues as they arise on the jobsite, before and after installation.
• Participating in Model Home meetings and managing Model Home job sites.
• Reviewing and resolving Customer/Sub-Contractor back charges.
• Weekly in office responsibilities to confirm job readiness.
