Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an Installation Supervisor to schedule and manage all field installations, ensuring quality, timely completions, and prompt customer service. You will work with Field Managers and report on field operations to meet expectations across all installation activity.

Responsibilities include workforce management, compliance oversight, project guidance, work order management, and labor scheduling across contractor teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in installation, field services, or construction trades, with some coordination experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to follow scheduling and assignment guidelines for a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage all field installations to meet quality and timelines.
• Coordinate installers and assign labor to jobs based on geography and capacity.
• Ensure work orders reflect services and materials per standards.
• Communicate status and issues with installers and managers.
• Maintain safety and compliance across crews.
