Job summary

Landscape Forms seeks an Installation Project Manager (Internally titled Installation & Service Leader) to oversee complex installation projects from planning through closeout in Kalamazoo, MI. You will manage schedules, budgets, field resources, and subcontractors while partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Significant project management experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of construction permitting requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from planning and site readiness through execution and closeout.
• Own project schedules, budgets, installation resources, and overall execution.
• Lead and develop internal installation team members and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor schedules, performance, site requirements, and project expectations.
• Coordinate field activities: RFIs, change orders, punch lists, and closeout.
• Serve as primary customer and contractor contact with clear communication.
