Qualifications

• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installation projects using drawings, specifications, and field execution plans.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, labor usage, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to ensure readiness, material availability, and field alignment.
• Coordinate sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor needs.
• Manage issue escalation tied to damages, shortages, or scope changes.
• Support labor planning and daily field resource alignment.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors.
• Train, develop, and evaluate field team members.
• Reinforce safety expectations and installation quality standards.
• Communicate project status, labor usage, and field issues to leadership.
• Document job site activity, delays, punch items, and progress milestones.
