Qualifications

• Previous experience as an electronic security systems installation technician.
• Managerial and Supervisory Skills.
• Manage multiple competing projects and priorities.
• Clean driving record.
• Scheduling, coordinating, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
• Effectively and professionally manage stressful situations and ongoing change.
• Read and interpret drawings, sales documents, and other business documentation.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in task completion.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize responsibilities, and develop well-organized plans to manage workflows.
• Lead by example and promote a safe, positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage project timelines, coordinating with customers, Operations Coordinators, Sales Team, and District Manager.
• Proactively schedule jobs to maximize schedules and plan for changes and emergencies.
• Assist Sales Team in identifying time needed to complete a job.
• Coordinate with Operations Coordinators to schedule jobs.
• Schedule final start-up and training with customers.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation in Sedona throughout the job lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress and changes with customers, Sales Team, and Project Management Team.
• Conduct and participate in project meetings.
• Coordinate change orders and RFIs with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost containment, efficiency, and effectiveness from conception to completion.
