Job summary

MTM LLC in Central Virginia is seeking a driven project manager to lead our installation team for new construction projects. You will oversee field operations, coordinate installers, plan projects, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction on site.

You will need strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, company vehicle, devices, incentives, and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of new construction experience.
• Hands-on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certified.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all job-site activities during installations.
• Maintain ongoing coaching and performance management for installer partners to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules with sales, logistics, site superintendents, and installers.
• Conduct pre-installation site visits and verify readiness.
• Assist with on-site coordination to ensure quality execution and resolve field issues in real-time.
• Provide regular communication to builder customers, installers, and sales team.
• Conduct post-installation inspections and coordinate sign-offs with site superintendent or homeowner.
• Verify installation quality and approve subcontractor invoices based on performance.
• Perform warranty and punch list work as necessary.
• Manage change orders and related payments with contractors and reps.
