Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, implementation, client delivery, or construction coordination experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent commercial projects with schedule, budget, and vendor accountability.
• Experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, architectural systems, flooring, construction, or related services preferred.
• Experience coordinating installation sequencing, subcontractors, logistics, and closeout documentation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field; PMP/CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from conception to closeout and client handoff.
• Prepare labor and material quotes; participate in planning and kickoff meetings.
• Coordinate site verification, meetings, scheduling requirements, and vendor activities.
• Plan installation timing, routes, and field sequencing with internal teams.
• Maintain communication cadence with clients and project stakeholders; track milestones.
