Job summary

McCoy Rockford in Houston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of project planning and execution, from inception through closeout. You will coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets while serving as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

This role requires collaboration with Sales, Design, Installation, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams, managing site verification, vendor coordination, and turnover requirements to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, implementation, client delivery, or construction coordination experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent commercial projects with schedule, budget, and vendor accountability required.
• Experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, architectural systems, flooring, construction, or specialty services strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating installation sequencing, subcontractors, logistics, and closeout documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including conception, planning, execution, installation, and closeout.
• Prepare labor and material quotes and participate in project planning and kickoff meetings.
• Conduct site verification, attend construction meetings, and coordinate scheduling requirements.
• Plan truck routes, field sequencing, and installation timing.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, materials, and internal team deliverables.
• Manage punch completion, invoicing milestones, and final turnover requirements.
