Job summary

Falcon Structures seeks a Field Services Manager to lead on-site deployment and installation of modular structures nationwide. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure code compliance, uphold safety standards, and deliver a professional field experience for customers and partners.

This role bridges Production, Quality, and Customer teams to ensure projects are ready for field execution and completed on-site to Falcon's safety and quality standards, delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction, field services, modular installation, or site management experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade crews.
• Experience working with building inspections and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installation and project execution across multiple sites.
• Manage subcontractor performance, safety compliance, and workmanship.
• Coordinate site logistics, equipment, materials, and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards through inspections and QA/QC.
