Job summary

National OnDemand, Inc. is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead field technicians across our fiber, wireless and utility projects. You will supervise, train and develop staff, manage schedules and deployments, and ensure safety and quality in every site visit.

You’ll travel up to 50% of the time within the United States, communicate clear directives from senior management, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Five years of experience in a related discipline.
• Proven leadership and teamwork fostering an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with FTTP/FTTH installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and accountability for the field team.
• Retain and train field staff; build an effective operations organization.
• Supervise field staff performance and address escalated issues.
• Communicate directives to field staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop manpower schedules and workload coverage.
• Conduct site visits to QC projects and ensure client/spec compliance.
• Address customer satisfaction issues and drive resolution.
• Offer onsite support and guidance for technical staff.
• Act as safety champion and manage operational risks.
