Job summary

Symbotic LLC is seeking a Site Installation Manager to lead the installation of Structural systems, racking, and automated equipment at customer sites. You will coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with zero defects through commissioning and testing for the operations team.

This highly visible role interacts across all departments, including executive management, and requires approximately 80% travel to active customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in integration, construction management, or automation installation.
• Minimum 3 years experience supervising or managing teams, trades contractors.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead site specific RFIs.
• Receive, elevate, and respond to all contractor and vendor RFIs in accordance with process SLAs.
• Maintain daily site installation progress and commissioning readiness through the GPR tool.
• Maintain and manage Site Bulletins to ensure site contractors and vendors understand the scope of work for engineering bulletins.
• Lead contractors and vendors to deliver quality by completing 650 Checklists.
• Verify and document missing material validation requests with root cause analysis.
• Support FCR validation for site efforts, assessing validity, requirements, and costs before PO issuance.
• Assist in demobilization of installation resources and materials after mechanical and electrical scope completion.
